Joseph V. Carlozo, CPA, CFP

Joe Carlozo is the President and founder of CARLOZO & COMPANY. A CPA and graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, he has 31 years of public accounting experience in addition to 4 years experience in private industry. Joe also has the distinction as one of the first CPAs in the country (Certificate 908) to earn the professional designation of CFP (Certified Financial Planner). As a CFP, Joe is the Managing Member of MASTER KEY FINANCIAL SERVICES, LLC, our sister company.

Joe has considerable experience in management consulting and tax planning issues for closely held businesses and their owners. In doing so, he dedicates himself to helping our clients in attaining and coordinating their personal financial and business goals and objectives. An avid CORVETTE and ELVIS enthusiast, Joe and his wife Sue reside in Harford County, Maryland. Recent 2008 graduates of the Carlozo household include triplets Jessica (McDaniel College), Nicole (St. Mary's College) and Joe VI (York College of PA).
